  • 7-9 hours of sleep per night is recommended for optimal health, mental and physical performance, and safety.
  • Sleep apnea and other sleep disorders can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or weight.
  • During the day, you may feel fatigued, have difficulty concentrating, or you may even unintentionally fall asleep if you or your bed
    partner has sleep apnea.
  • Drowsy driving leads to more accidents than alcohol and drug related accidents combined.
  • Habitually getting less than 6-7 hours of sleep per night doubles your risk of cancer.
  • Lack of sleep increases the likelihood of heart disease, stroke, congestive heart failure, depression, anxiety and suicide.
